M30 is the primary cleaning device for Garage Floors. The M30 Sweeps, Applies detergent, and Scrubs floors. Lastly the M30 Recovers the wash water in one pass leaving floors virtually dry.

hopper volume capacity of 1500lbs. HEPA and MERV filtration
system allows us to collect and contain dust particles, break dust, and carbon dust.
WASH WATER DISPOSAL
We follow a set of guidelines for our industry, called “Best Management Practices for Mobile Cleaners.” It is a set of guidelines that helps stay within Local, State, and Federal laws regarding runoff from mobile cleaning operations.
The M30 is a completely self-contained machine. It applies detergent, scrubs, and recovers wash water. Being a self-propelled machine, this recovered wash water can be transported to a point where the sanitary sewer system can be accessed.
Water from our pressure washers that collects at low points is also vacuumed into a wastewater recovery tank in our truck which is also disposed of in to the sanitary sewer system.
